HNT: getting our grill on

The new home is coming along, one piece at a time. We got a fun new grill this week...It's a Char-Broil 1650 W Electric Caddie Grill (we are only allowed to have electric grills in our community). It is pretty and blue, and it grills. That's about as much as I know about it.Here is the man popping the grill's cherry, with chicken and eggplant. It was delish... Much better than the usual frozen dinners or take-out!
